The hotel was nice and the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect near to public beach. The best part were the friendly staff. Units with nice balcony.

The hotel was a great base for exploring the area, within a short walk to the conference center at Palazzo del Cinema and the vaporetto stop at the harbor. Our rooms were spacious and lovely, featuring a nice balcony. the staff was friendly, helpful, and hospitable.

We stayed at Ca Nart for 5 nights to explore the islands of Venice. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to bus stops that take you to the harbor. The spacious room had everything we needed, including a large comfortable bed. Federica, the host, was incredibly helpful and provided lots of information about places to visit, boat services, and restaurants. The hotel was quiet and provided a good level of privacy.

The location was within walking distance to the beach and town center. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering surprises like snacks and refreshments.

Mind-blowing upgrade to a super spacious room, amazing staff who went above and beyond to find vegan restaurants for us, cleanliness, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Walking distance to the beach and center of Lido. Host was nice and careful, provided free coffee and refreshments. Bed linen and towels were changed, received surprises as well. One lady was awesome, upgraded to a bigger room, staff helped find vegan restaurants. Relatively easy to reach vaporetto stop.
